Semi-Permanent Powder Eyebrows, also called Ombre Eyebrows, is a Permanent Makeup treatment that provide a means to fully camouflage your missing eyebrow hair with the appearance of simulated hair or makeup. This natural looking technique creates smooth shading that can last 1 to 2 years with proper care. Using deposits of cosmetic pigment, we hand shade to create natural and fuller eyebrows that are specially customized to you! This technique is especially great for those who may have over tweezed, or those who want to define, reshape, or darken their eyebrows. No more filling in your brows every day! The difference between Powder and Ombre Brow is that a Full Powder brow has smooth, evenly distributed color across the entire brow, and an Ombre brow will fade from a lighter color to a darker shade of the same color. Permanent Powder Brows and Ombre Brows are also know as Eyebrow Feathering, and Eyebrow Tattoo. Powder Brows Taranaki.

Option 1....
Soft Shading Powder Brows
Ombre, Shading, Powdering are all names used for brow tattooing is a new technique applied by using the more traditional machine method. This technique leaves behind a soft misting/powdery finish within a crisp design. The density of the pigment that is implanted starts off softly diffused at the front of the brow with a progressively darker gradient towards the tail.
Powder brows are a great technique for clients who are looking for that “natural” hint of color and shape to frame
one’s face. My technique is generally done with a single needle but not limited to, where layering and building density creates
the soft look that many clients ask for.

Correcting old work
Permanent makeup has been popular for decades. Luckily, the technology and ingredients used in inks have improved, as have the techniques used to provide these tattoos. Often, when we think about permanent makeup or cosmetic tattooing, we have visions of the dreaded solid pink or blue eyebrows. While that is still common among clients of inexperienced artists, it’s luckily something that is easily avoidable if you and your artist have the accurate information you need before having your brows done.
Let’s start with why the brow ink ages to be a red tone. Ink used in permanent makeup typically have either carbon or iron based pigments. Iron based pigments have a very high chance of aging red, as yellow and black iron oxides are unstable and weak, leaving behind a red hue similar to rust.
Another common colour we see brows fade to is a grey/blue. This can be caused by a number of factors, and is typically the artist’s inexperience or client’s inability to follow proper aftercare. Ashy hues in older brows can be caused by the artist going too deep into the skin, the client using retinol products, the client being exposed to UV rays with no protection, or from the artist using an ink color that was unsuitable for the client’s Fitzpatrick level.

Removal of old work
Eyebrow tattoos are commonly seen on people who desire thick, full eyebrows yet do not want to fill them in with makeup every day. However, styles change, and these tattoos can also change in colour over time, which are among the reasons why we see clients who want to get eyebrow tattoo removal.
After many years in development solutions are being used in changing the face of removal with a safe liquid that you tattoo into the skin.
The formula is a mildly acidic solution (glycolic acid) that is readily accepted by the skin, allowing the pigment to move to the skin surface and literally be wiped away. Multiple removal sessions maybe required.
